If Avery is the product name and RegVerse is the company, what is Surge Ventures?

Surge Ventures is the name of our venture studio, Reg Verse is a company beneath Surge Ventures, and Avery is a product within RegVerse.

Why was Avery by Reg Verse started?

The leadership team at RegVerse all came from the financial industry where they quickly realized that compliance management is being handled today through manual, inefficient processes. We saw an opportunity to vastly improve accuracy and efficiency while treamlining the regulatory management process by leveraging cutting-edge technology in congruence with legal and compliance leaders across the industry.

This looks like an Enterprise-focused product; how can you help smaller firms like ours?

RegVerse was built purposefully to satisfy use cases from mom-and-pop shops, all the way up to enterprise clients with tens of thousands of employees. In our experience, smaller firms typically have less time available to spend on compliance and would rather focus their efforts on growing their business. Let RegVerse do the heavy lifting by automating most of the regulation management
process, giving firms of all sizes time back in their day all while staying ahead of regulations with Al-enabled services.

We have a compliance consultant we work with, why would we need Avery by RegVerse?

We complement, but do not replace, your compliance consultant. Avery by Reg Verse allows your compliance consultant to be more efficient by automating various flows consultants tend to do manually today. Avery's platform also provides you a view where you can see what your compliance consultant has done. You can also interact, collaborate, and ask them questions directly on the platform, giving you one single source of truth, improving collaboration and compliance consensus.

What are the different types of plans that you offer?

What kind of support is available?

We provide 24/7 email support. Phone support is provided from 6 am - 4 pm PT M-F.

Yes! We have onboarding tutorials and guides available 24/7. You will be given a walkthrough of the product during onboarding, and you can contact us at any time to get a free refresher course.

How can I change my subscription plan or add additional users?

What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription plan?

Your data will be securely stored in our system for a limited period after your subscription ends. After that period, your data will be permanently deleted from our servers per our data retention policy.

Can Avery help my organization prepare for regulatory audits?

Yes! Avery dynamically collects audit trails based on actions taken within the Avery console. You can find this in the Reports section available 24/7.

Avery has access to 100+ regulatory sources that it is constantly reviewing for new regulations, regulation changes, and regulatory events to help you stay ahead of the regulatory curve.
